Myary 2.6.1 released

Myary 2.6.1 is now available on the Mac App Store.

In addition to various improvements to the internal markup parser, this update also includes detailed improvements to markup code that is inserted using keyboard shortcuts and refines their handling.
Furthermore, several issues with the user interface that arose with the release of macOS26 have been resolved.

Changes in detail:

Improvements:

• some UI adjustments to improve compatibility with macOS26
• Improvements when inserting markups. Markups for links and images that work with multiple elements now analyze the selected text in detail and automatically place the selected text in the appropriate area of the markup.

Internal Markup Parser
MultiMarkdown:

• Meta variable case sensitivity is now ignored
• Improvements to TOC generation, which is now enclosed by the corresponding div tag

MultiMarkdown, MarkdownExtra:

• Improvements in recognizing footnotes at the end of the text

Markdown, MultiMarkdown, MarkdownExtra:

• Minor improvements in handling paragraphs
• Improved underscore markups, which now require a leading and trailing space
• Escaping of opening and closing square brackets is now possible

Smark:

• Various optimizations in Table of Contents generation
